Goldenstone Wealth Management, LLC (“Goldenstone”) believes it is important for you to understand what we do with your personal information and the steps we take to safeguard it. All financial companies need to share clients’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their clients’ personal information; the reasons Goldenstone chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing. Goldenstone does not sell customer lists and will not sell your name to telemarketers.

Due to the nature of providing financial services to you, we obtain non-public personal information about you, including:

  • Your address, date of birth, Social Security Number, occupation, financial goals, assets and income;

  • Data about your transactions with us (such as the types of investments you have made and your account status).

  • Information about your visit to our website. This information, automatically captured and saved electronically, helps us manage the site, analyze usage, protect the website and its content from misuse, and enhance the user experience.

How do we protect your information? To safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we maintain physical, procedural and electronic safeguards. These include computer safeguards such as passwords, secured files and buildings. We respect the confidentiality of each client’s non-public personal information and get training on our responsibilities. We require third parties that assist in providing our services to you to protect the personal information they receive.

Closed or Inactive Accounts: If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.

Changes to This Privacy Policy: Periodically we may revise our Privacy Policy and will provide you with a revised policy if the changes materially alter the previous Privacy Policy. We will not, however, revise our Privacy Policy to permit the sharing of non-public personal information other than as described in this notice unless we first notify you and provide you with an opportunity to prevent the information sharing.  If we make any substantial changes in the way we use or disseminate confidential information, we will notify you.
